Hello! Long time no Tumbl. A faithful follower asked if I’d abandoned the blog, and the short answer is not quite. The loooooong answer is...
1) I’ve been focusing a lot on running D&D games. You can even buy my adventures! Just click here. (The above images are collages I made to serve as cover images). The adventures focus on weird happenings in a post-apocalyptic Icy City:
help a shih tzu deliver secret goods
ride in a gelatinous cube shot out of a cannon
build a patchwork governor
explore a giant heart dungeon
carouse with talking mules, drug-dealing moon elves, and the Hobfather
They’re more Final Fantasy VI meets Super Mario World than Game of Thrones. You have been warned.
2) I’m starting a comic book library! This is probably the bigger news. It’s a lending library and reading room that currently has over 900 comics (the thick ones with spines) and a ton of monthlies, minis, and so on. You can look at the catalog here. (Warning: work in progress.) And I’ve been posting process shots and new arrivals to Instagram.
3) I also lost my job, moved, helped organize the Twin Cities Zine Fest, and got a new job. BUT there’s a scanner in the library office with a stack of maps next to it, so expect more updates soon. As always, take a look through the archives and find me on Twitter.
