built in the lovely Northeney
Northeney
A world by @nornities. This world has been on my list of places I want to visit for years. I tried playing in "Cotes d'Ambonnay" (from the Exchange) a few times recently, but that world is so packed with houses and details that my game simply can't handle it. However, I didn't want to let the Smith family—whom I’d saved to my library from another world—go to waste. So, I decided to try a new location. It is so, so beautiful here, but my game soon let me know that it couldn't cope with such a high level of detail. The more elaborate a world's design, the more likely it is that a black square appears in the frame when I try to take in-game screenshots (the kind you upload to the community site's wall using the "Capture This Moment" feature)—often before I can even snap the picture. That’s always a sign that the game is about to crash… And crash it did. Even though I had restarted it in the meantime. It’s incredibly annoying and exhausting right now; I can't really play anywhere for long anymore. There was a time when I could play for ages with a household of over twenty Sims without running into errors like this.(back on an older PC). Nowadays, seven Sims in a household is already too much for my game to handle…have a nice evening everyone.
Exploring Northeney
This is the Windjammer Resort. The ASMR of this hottub room on a stormy day is too good. The rumble of the thunder, the rain on the window pains, the gentle white bubbling noise of the jacuzzi. Can recommend.

Happy New Year!
Hello one and all! I hope you have had a wonderful holiday season and a happy start to the new year! I'm going to be honest I feel like I've been on speed 3 since about October and there doesn't seem to be any sign of slowing. I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things and while I'm still going to be quite busy trying to actually make a go of my crafting/doll blog and channel as well as normal life and writing, I'm going to do my best to get caught up on the backlog of gameplay I have waiting to queue up. I'm also super anxious to actually play the game which I haven't done in a good while and I'm still wanting to get back to work on Pickerling Cove and potentially start sharing some footage and tutorials. In other words...there's a LOT on my plate right now--mostly my own doing, but since I have a moment and am not currently hacking out a lung from the creeping crud that managed to make the rounds in my household the entire winter break, I have at least day two with the Vickers household to share with you all!
Without further ado, let's hop back into the Northeney playthrough!
Sherita was up first on day two which is curious considering she's a night owl, I guess she's just one of those sims who doesn't require a lot of sleep. She chatted online while Wendy ate a nutritious yogurt parfait breakfast. Gotta get fueled for the day!
Wendy was off to work, leaving her bowl for Sherita to clean up :/ A little quick reading and Sherita was off to enjoy her day as well...
In full robot mode! LOL! Facepalm.
Northeney from @nornitiesさん。🤗hug
The town has a nostalgic feel to it, so I've played a lot of historical sims. (I also played Attack on Titan lol)
First of all, I have to apologize to Nornities for destroying the beach and building a house.
However, I like this location the most because it offers a great view of the town.
Now, let's take a look at the interior along with a short story.
Although it is called a story, there are no lines, so please feel free to imagine it.
