The other clans

There are a few other clans around, Averageclan, Mundaneclan, and Typicalclan. Other than the different looking territories, they're basically the same as Normalclan. Same weird cats and everything.

The clans here don't see each other as rivals like usual. Most of the time they're neutral to friendly about each other, but go about their lives separately, unless a big enough threat forces them to join together. The clans were all founded around the same time for this very purpose, to provide stability and protection and community during unstable times.

Wait, what about death?

"Yeah you sorta just glossed over the fact that the cats are immortal", You may be thinking. "If they can't die, why do you need doctors in the clan? Why do you need clans at all? If there's nothing but cats, what threats do they need to protect from?"

And to that I admit thatI sorta lied. There is a point where a cat "dies" so to speak, when they can no longer handle the damage they've endured.

As for what threats exist, there are rogues and other malicious cats who would gladly attack others for their own benefit or even just for the sake of it. But for the most part, what cats have to fear is their own loved ones.

What happens when a cat is meant to die, but can't. The universe doesn't know what to do with a cat that shouldn't exist, and their bodies and minds are distorted and corrupted beyond recognition. There is no starclan, and the cat is trapped in a world that they can't exist in, becoming a fragment of who they once were. [Where do leaders get their lives from then? Good question!]
