"Our team worked on this petition after the applicant had already faced two denials. The first was a self‑petition in 2023, and the second in 2024 resulted in an RFE but was denied. By the third attempt in 2025, the applicant was understandably cautious, and we knew the case required a different approach
We coordinated closely to refine the evidence. Instead of trying to cover multiple fields of endeavor, we agreed to focus on one clear area and align all supporting documents accordingly. We concentrated on six criteria that had strong potential, leaving out two that had previously weakened the case. Together, we reviewed her evidence, encouraged her to obtain some further information, and more documentation to solidify her claims.
Another important step was strengthening some of the evidence with a new strategy of argument and documentation. We also streamlined the presentation of her roles, highlighting the one that carried the most weight.
This collective effort paid off. The petition was approved directly in November 2025, without an RFE. For our team, the takeaway is that immigration cases often require careful coordination and a willingness to simplify.
By focusing on the strongest evidence and presenting it clearly, even a case with prior denials can achieve success."
