Surely, you have considered the massive amount of pharmaceuticals that deploy us in our society. You may consider costs as a taxpayer or the cost increases on your insurance for health care.

  I bet that you even thought to the use of psychotropic drugs in our schools, Yes, I know that is a delicate issue and I guess someone diagnose with ADHD, ADD or bipolar is a way to get them on drugs so that they behave in class, but it's really the ethical thing to do?

It is interesting that this debate has raged on, a new is coming out on the issues of illegal drugs, and a PhD seems to think that if teenagers, especially teenage African American will use drugs in urban centres anyway, they have perhaps a little indications that they to fry their brains, cause of health problems or die of cardiac arreststroke or something terrible as driving under the influence and crashing their car, potentially killing innocent bystanders.

 He told the audience that users can take the drug if they take small doses in the right way. I am in total disagreement with this premise together and Carl Hart PhD, but it is worthy of a debate, and it is interesting to note its views.  For the record I would like to add something to the discussion and is; What we do as a society that seems to push our young adults to drug use, experimentation and abuse while in adolescence.
