I figured out you can touch Týr inappropriately in GOW Ragnarök, specifically in Midgard when he stands behind a pile of snow.

It's not easy to accomplish but basically you side step into the gap between Týr and the pile of snow. Once in the small space Kratos hit box overlaps with Týr, causing him to shake in place.

Down below is physical evidence of this bullshit taking place but I'm not sure if it'll be patched out in the future.
