I joined a physical education class at my college. It's basketball. I'm kind of really intimidated since some of the people there play sports regularly and I've not touched a basketball since middle school. However blogs like yours and the other warrior nation blogs give me confidence to try my best in this class. Thank you for all that you do.

Wednesday’s Workout
10/15/15x3- 20lb Back Squat
20/10/20x3- Cable Row
25/15/10/25x4- Cable Push Down
20/15/15x3- 20lb Calf Raise
30- Lat Pulldowns
I don't know if it's normal to do but when I type out my workouts I do repsxsets and when I slash between reps it means that was the breakdown of the entire exercise. It doesn't mean that in one set I did 20, 15, and 15. Those are three sets. Might be obvious and this might seem stupid to add but whatever.
My workout yesterday ended up being weirder than I realized. It was shorter than I wanted it to be but I messed around with weights and some new exercises. Altogether it wasn't bad just strange.
Sidenote: Thursday's workout was supposed to be one of the 5k missions but my left leg feels very tense/tight so I decided to skip my second run for this week. Can't do it tomorrow or over the weekend so it sucks.
