introduction strawman
hi there,
my name is thomas and I’m an agile coach. I’m a non-engineer working in a software company. I keep saying things like:
if the overall scope of this epic is 60 story points and the team is having an average velocity of 20, not even taking into account that this not all “adding value development”, you cannot communicate an eta end of month.
I start writing due to reasons. first of all I’m a neutral individual in the company that neither takes sides with someone nor gets frustrated. superficially speaking. this blog is supposed to act as therapy and maybe learning tool in case somebody points out where I might have been wrong.
I assume there will be posts about: me talking to POs, me talking to VPs, me talking to engineers, me talking to myself. did I forget QA? how inconsiderate but stereotype.
