Try this easy trick and you'll never again drink iced coffee that is too watered down. If you let the coffee steep in the fridge overnight, it will have a rich, smooth flavor that is great for people who like their coffee cold.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup coarsely ground coffee beans. 2 cups cold water. Ice cubes. Milk or cream optional. Sweetener of your choice optional.
Instructions: Combine the coarsely ground coffee beans and cold water in a jar or pitcher. Stir well to ensure the coffee is evenly distributed in the water. Cover the jar or pitcher and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or overnight. After steeping, strain the coffee mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter into a clean container. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the cold-brewed coffee over the ice. If desired, add milk or cream and sweetener to taste. Stir well and enjoy your perfect iced coffee!
