So there was this time when I was younger.. in my teens old enough to do things by myself.. and I asked someone on a date.. ( I was homeless at the time ) I had saved up enough money ( so I thought ) THATS NOT THE POINT..  Anyways.. I found a drop in center for the homeless and I picked out a nice outfit the people there were so excited for me, telling me how nice I looked. I was feeling great.. I even went to the store to get my date a gift.. I was pretty excited nervous but excited none the less.. all dolled up and such ( to the best of my ability ).. ready for my first date ever.. I’m walking down the street, dressed to the “T”.. gift in, hand happy ( I had actually pulled this off ) I felt so grown up and proud of myself..   *ring, ring* ( thats my pre paid phone ) ..  Me: Hello ..  Them: I don’t think this is a good idea Me: Why not? I got you something.. Them: That’s sweet.. but save your money Me: lol too late I’ve already got it, don’t worry I’ve got enough money.. I’m good to go.. lets do this..  you and me.  Them: No.. it’s ok just save your money, I feel bad.  Me: Why? I did! For you.. and me so we could go out on this date.  Them: No it’s ok.. I gtg. Talk to you later..  .......  There’s no moral to this story..  I was disappointed.. so I drank the disappointment away..
