…Only for my face (ie make up and brushing teeth) is turning mirrors into a novelty. For a while I’ve felt like a child, because when I do look in my 4x zoom mirror stand in the bathroom I now just make funny faces. There have been a few ‘accidental sightings’ in work where you have to walk past a full length mirror. I’ve found myself like 'oh wow a mirror!’ And then had to stop myself. All I expected was a surprise from the before and after from my 12 week exercise regime. But now I feel a strange sense of freedom, I didn't realise I cared and now I am untangling myself from insecurities i never knew ran so deep. Let's see how I fair outside my house on a weekend away .
