Nolan: Her behaviour is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. If you don’t think you can work there, I think you should throw that job back in her face and leave.

Poppy: I-I don’t know. 

Nolan: Gorgeous, come sit. Listen to me.

Nolan: Look, Poppy, there’s no room in your life for garbage people. You should only keep people and things in your life that bring you joy. Toss out that garbage person! You deserve better.

Poppy: ...I guess you’re right. I don’t like how bad working with her makes me feel. But money is really tight though. I kind of need this job.

Nolan: Of course, I’m right! Tomorrow you walk right up to megalomaniac and quit your job. As for money, if you found this job, I’m sure you kind find another. For now, I can loan you a little to get through the next few weeks.

Poppy: Oh, no, I don’t need your money. I have a little of my savings left, I think I can stretch it long enough to find something else.
