The exhibition opening at the Bishop Gallery @bishoponbedford on February 9th, pays tribute to our Black barbershops. This show engages guests through visual art + immersive installations creating the “ultimate” barbershop. Brother’s Keeper recognizes the barbershop as a long-standing pillar for community, safe space, and self care. For Black men especially, the shop has created space provided resource for economic welfare, cultural preservation, public information, self-evolution, and so much more. As a salute, Brother’s Keeper mobilizes our community to engage conversation about self preservation, legacy and  kinship.
