My brand new song "Drink + My Music" is guaranteed to be the best rap song you hear today! Check me out! Reblog this sh!t!
"First Impression" (Bridge) First impressions make the worst discretions, That's when person's prejudices present, I'm conscious of it in my personal settings, Like a groom that's dressing for a formal wedding, I'm guessing she expecting for me to be felon before a mailman, For me to be rap star before a pastor, Well, she good at telling I'm no reverend (Chorus) Let me introduce myself I'm no one else other than Top Billion, Everything I write heartfelt I'll make her melt when I say Top Billion, Let me introduce myself I'm no one else other than Top Billion, Everything I've rapped I've dealt with this is Top Billion (Verse 1) Dig it, it was on 9-14-90 a star was born, Like H atoms colliding surprising I made it of course, With fatherly force I could've been an abort but that didn't resot, Twenty-two years since then I'm coming of age, Seen the world make victims of men my shade, So I'm tryna beat systems that want me caged, By my Top Billion name now let me explain, The moniker it's simply logic, sir, few rappers popular, But out of all the niggas on the curb I'll pop for sure, 'Cause I got hotter words heating up thermometers, Flow like an aquifer keeping it real, Independent I ain't seeking a deal I wan the people to feel, Who I am when these secrets reveal, The man behind the dreadlocks, tats, and head shots, On beats that make heads bop now (Chorus) (Verse 2) Bitch, check it, judging my exterior I prolly put fear in ya, Because I don't mirror ya blind to my interior, Thinking inferior is going off what appear to ya, Ignoring ulteriors as if it ain't clear to ya, Cultural hysteria brought to ya via media, Teaching niggas steal from ya 'cause we fit the criteria, Being sheep in the crowd easier but herders superior, So call me Top Bill the good shepherd, The true and living God Five Percenter, From the bottom of the map Third Coast repper, Bringing bars hotter than a ghost pepper, I use no effort this a breeze: jody, All I do is keep tru: truphy, Misspelled oh hell fans know I'll do that to flow sell, If you're a newcomer well (Chorus) (Bridge) (Chorus)

I titled this album "Peace to the God" because it's a powerful statement of acknowledging who I am and indicating where I am at this point in my life. I'm a multidimensional artist. One of my dimensions is that I'm a Five Percenter. That means I teach that the Black man is God and Supreme Mathematics is the key to understanding the Universe. But on this mixtape I'm mainly rapping about my life; drawing from the pain of a bad break-up with a long-term girlfriend, the death of my grandparents, growing up, being a young Black man in America, and wrestling with student loan debt. Yet at the center of it all, the unifying concept of this project on each song is that I am God and that I am in ultimate control and totally responsible for my fate. This mixtape is also an homage to producer 9th Wonder. I picked my favorite beats from him and made my own songs from them.
