A cleaned and visualized public dataset related to their industry. Send it to them with a three-sentence email that shows you actually understand their problems. Most students won't do this because it requires work before a paycheck. That filter is your advantage.

You are not unqualified. You are unpracticed at showing your qualification differently. Stop counting your lack of formal experience. Start counting the hours you spend building evidence.
