Vasquez finishes his drink before pouring himself another one. He stares straight ahead and, in a cold voice, says, “You dodged a bullet. Love only makes you weak.”
His words hit you like a slap in the face. You put the empty glass down in front of you before facing him. “You're a fucking coward.”
You leave Vasquez on his own without a second thought.
It's one of my favourite chapters in the whole series, and I loved the short interaction between Vasquez and Astra in that scene because he hurts her so badly and their relationship never really recovers from it.
Okay I was just thinking, would Vasquez still stay behind if Astra got shot?
If he saw the explosion (which they don’t tell us on the show) he would then die thinking she was dead as well😢
Oh my god… this has just given me a very depressing but good idea for on the other side 😭😭
I think regardless if he stayed or not, if he saw the explosion he’d find away down the cliff and search through all the rubble trying to find her

How do you keep up the motivation for writing?
Asking for a friend, obviously 🥲
I honestly don’t know🤣 sometimes I have motivation and other times I need to force myself to write, but usually once I start writing I get into the swing of it
I try to set realistic goals for myself, like I want to have this season done but such and such a date (I hardly ever stick to it) but it does kind help

So when Daryl and Lily get together he will be stepdad to Jace, so technically he’s a DILF
