This Paleo coffee substitute is a rich and flavorful alternative to traditional coffee. It provides a boost of energy without the caffeine crash and is packed with healthy fats from coconut oil and grass-fed butter or ghee.
Ingredients: 2 cups hot water. 2 tablespoons cacao powder. 1 tablespoon coconut oil. 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter or ghee. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
Instructions: In a blender, combine hot water, cacao powder, coconut oil, grass-fed butter or ghee, cinnamon, and optional sweetener if desired. Blend on high until ingredients are well combined and frothy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into a mug and enjoy as a delicious and satisfying coffee substitute!
