Day 3️⃣ of #backbends - this time post #Mysore with the wonderful taskmaster @ladyhawkzuzu so pretty fatigued and using the iPhone timer function...which is rubbish⏱😡 pretty sure this is worse than the last two day but that's the whole point of #practicepracticepractice isn't it? Have been meaning to try #forrestyoga for a while and after that taster I definitely need a longer session. Ok so kind of inspired by the #practicepracticepractice #yogachallenge / want to test the theory that if you do something everyday that you'll get better at it / sick of being envious of people who can boss asanas that I can't👿/ the overriding need to undo my baby/breastfeeding/baby carrying body...I've decided to commit: this month, 31 days of backbends. Next month probably something else but first month's first👊 Why backbends?
