My new workout program is so easy to learn for beginners and benefits anyone. #nobulk #eatlikeahuman #enjoyworkouts My current regimen focuses on endurance weight training 2 times a week. 3 times of cardio weekly including interval running, cycling class, and any sport that challenges me against another person. I don’t schedule workouts 2 days a week for proper recovery. This is a maintenance routine for an advanced fitness enthusiast. I eat whatever I want within knowledgeable reason including sugary desserts almost nightly. My diet is based around the food pyramid and is also easy to follow with zero restrictions. #theplan Zero priority on appearance and focus on performance.
