Long post alert! So I opened up my browser and searched spiritual inspiration Dec 10 and these were the first 4 images that came up for me....although one is dated for last year, the Universe knew I needed to see it today. Backstory: I keep getting into relationships and not following my intuition which usually gives me the feeling right away if something is "off" yet I am still learning and growing into this feeling of trusting my gut. I try so hard to just love people for who they are even when I'm feeling as if I'm getting the short end of the stick. Perhaps that is my lesson to learn here since I have struggled with the feeling of being rejected or unwanted since the abuse I suffered as a child. Trust me, I would love nothing more than to put that down and never revisit it but unfortunately I'm still discovering triggers I never knew I had. The message in all of this is to all of you momma's and poppa's and even the nana's and paw paw's out there because we are all in this together and if you're not a part of the solution, you're part of the problem. PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL COSTS! The damage that is done to a child's delicate psyche when they endure abuse is immeasurable. It's much easier to heal an abused child than to fix a broken adult, and that is a huge factor in some of the things we are seeing in the world today. A bunch of broken people out to inflict pain on the world around them in hopes of reclaiming some of their lost control and imparting some of the pain they've experienced onto others. Well-meaning adults turn a blind eye to abuse every👏single👏day👏 because they too may have suffered some sort of abuse making this cycle "okay" but it's not. Just because it happened to you, and you're "no worse for the wear" (which if you are being honest with yourself you ARE in fact, worse for the wear) doesn't mean it won't completely damage someone else. Break the cycle. End the mindset making abuse of ANY KIND okay. Children are a gift and a blessing and have not asked to be here so please don't make their experience a traumatizing one. Anyways... i follow a page on Facebook called “The Dodo”. It shows us rescuers are saving abandoned animals or abused animals. I posted a little rant on Facebook about people abusing or abandoning there animals. I don’t like people who do this to animals. Don’t buy an animal if you clearly can’t take care of it. Don’t abuse or abandon them because, they did something wrong. Animals do that. I mean there’s something called “Training” them so do it. Don’t be lazy. If you can’t do that then don’t get an animal. Every animal has feelings and emotions like humans do. A dog or a cat understand how you feel. It’s not acceptable to buy an animal and then just abandon them or abuse them. Get your life straight. I love animals to death like i could run my own place and take care of any animal i wanted because that’s how much they mean to me. Please don’t do this guys if you don’t like an animal then give them to a better home!!
