Yes, at this point, she could probably fight Haruka. It would even be a good fight. The girl had grown wise to her tricks and took the "dances" seriously almost right away. She could end this and be the cold assassin her family wanted her to be.
But then she looks at the picture of the dojo they all took during Kiryu's last year with them, and she realizes she could have so much more.
