I just shared my favorite ME time plans on Access Live. Fun! Sometimes I need a little #MEtime when I can close the bathroom door and do a little self-care. Sure a bath and a good book are usually in my plans, but lately, I've been adding in a DIY hair mask made with coconut oil and honey (2-4 tablespoons mixed with 1 tablespoon of honey). I slather it on, put on a shower cap and let it sink in for 30 minutes. And while I love a good facial sheet mask I've now added hand masks to the routine. You can find them just about everywhere - it's a simple set of gloves filled with moisturizing ingredients and 15 minutes later my hands feel smooth and silky. At night I'll even stretch it by putting a rich moisturizer on my hands and then pull on white cotton gloves to wear overnight. Of course, while I'm in there, I'm going to inspect my face in a magnifying mirror. Lately, I've been noticing some dark spots on the side of my cheeks near my hairline. I wear sunscreen and a hat when I'm outside for any length of time, but that sun still gets me. So I started using @No7usa Laboratories Dark Spot Correcting Booster Serum and it's making a difference. It's only been two weeks and my spots are fading and less visible. It's an exclusive @walgreens. It's part of my #metime on Access Live.
