No plot truly is no problem. The act of writing is 100 percent reliable plot-forge. It may seem a little scary to leave your story’s backbone to chance, but fusing character and setting into an engaging, readable narrative is what our imaginations are best at.

I have to go to the store because I used my last covid test proving I'm negative today but everyone and their dog is sick and i have to keep testing so i don't accidentally make more people sick so I'm going to do that first

Writing Tip #65
When trying to find the best place/time to write, try a variety of approaches. Some people do best when they write multiple times a day for 30 minutes, others prefer to sit down and write for 2 hours straight. Some people write more on the weekends, some people give themselves the weekends off. Find something that works for you and don’t try to copy a technique from someone else just because it worked for them.
