It had been eleven years. Eleven years of memories, of laughter and tears, good times and bad. The small little girl who had woken up in Hive City, so long ago, was now a confident young woman. Though glimpses of the little girl could still be seen: she was still small in stature, delicate like a little bird. She still wore her hair in a long braid, and her eyes still sparkled with their own cheerful gleam. She was just as outgoing as ever, just as perceptive. Perhaps even more so than before.
So when she came home one day, with news to tell, she had an idea of how Cloud would react to what she had to say.
She sat down next to him on the couch, and smiled softly. Tried not to show her nervousness. âCloudâŚyou know that guy I brought home to meet you last week? WellâŚHe asked me out.â  Â
