i’m really happy for dan cause he got into the points. the pitstop was eh but it was cause he missed his mark so that was a mistake on his end. hopefully the next race will have a better qualifying so he can have a smoother race. 

sergio though?? the way those tyres lasted omg. he’s doing really well adapting to a new car/team. i was so irritated for him when the egg blocked cause that cost time and allowed the gap to lewis to get smaller sigh. i really wished that he got a podium today :( he deserves driver of the day. i still find lewis calling for blue flags funny. 

alpine with that p7/8, they’re looking good. fernando did a good comeback from p13 but i kinda forgot he was there cause i’m still not used to him being back + there was no commentary? or maybe i missed out idk

i’m kinda downhearted at seb’s position cause it’s out of the points, i really hoped aston martin could’ve performed better but y’know what, it’s only the 3rd race. there’s still more to come for sure. 

and max’s deleted lap time? oof. good effort but i can’t imagine being the one to tell him what happened after his happy post radio. 

finally, the egg. like...bro get out of the way. you’re dead last and a full minute behind your team mate, you’re absolutely not racing anyone. don’t worry about being overlapped cause it makes no difference. you’ll just end up with a 5sec penalty which makes no difference but is definitely satisfying for all of us.
