Hello dearest! At last it’s your birthday and you’re finally 16. Thank you for all the lovely memories- the entire laugh, all the tears, all the truth, and so much you’ve done for me. I adore your personality. You’re so strong, admirable and beautiful. It’s so sweet yet at times bitter to others. You’re such a reserve person, but I’m glad that I know lots of stuff about you. You’ve opened up to me, cried to me, and you trust me. I’m glad you did, because our friendship grew. Thank you for putting some sense into me when I needed them. Thank you for still acting silly and crazy with me though we’re growing up.

I hope you will gather a lot of euphoric moments from this day on. I hope you know that I’m lucky to have such a great best friend like you; I hope you know that you’re one of the most beautiful people that ever walked in my life. I hope you know that I’m always here for you- I wish I could be there every time you cry, every time you close yourself up, because I know if I was there for you, I would at least be able to make you happy or put a smile in your face again. I hope all your dreams will do come true because you deserve so much than you can imagine since your heart is genuinely good, that even your outer appearance shines.

I know you’re struggling with certain things right now and it seems like no one understands but trust me, I have been there and you know it but you’ll get over it because you’re a strong person. Remember what you told me when I was drowning with sorrow, too? You told me not to bother what people says. Remember what you told me if I really can't handle the pain any longer? Let it out and don't pretend as if everything is fine. Now you can apply those encouraging pieces of advice to yourself. You may not act as if things are alright. You may stop smiling and just show your real emotions. You may now scream 'till your heart's content. You may now cry until your tears run dry.

First thing first, I won't insert any of our many photos in this letter because I haven't combined the photos in a collage yet since school works have been very selfish. I'm sorry, I know you understand... *hug*

Dear Miss Del Villar,

I think you are one hell of an attractive girl I know and you better take my words for it because I don’t say that often. *laughs* You are one of the amazing person I know, I wouldn't describe you as my friend less than that.  

Beside those, I want you to know that I'm so thankful I was given the chance to have a friend someone like you. I'm also thankful for always being there every time things around me are falling and you're just simply there to lend your ears to me. Thanks for actually being always around, especially at the worst of time and giving me words of wisdom, alam mo yan! HAHA. Thank you for putting up with my bitterness, my personality, and everything you have done for me. Thank you for existing because I think that your existence is a wonderful blessing. 

Above all, you're extremely kind to us -- your friends and I think that's one of your hundred best traits because I seriously don't know anyone who could be forgiving as you -- you forgive people that doesn't deserve to be forgiven....You’re an extraordinary person and you should never let one person get you down. (YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN)

I'm just an email away *wink* if you need anything, but knowing you, you're a person who tries to handle problems on your own. Even knowing that, I want you to remember that my shoulders are here for you to lean on, my ears to listen, my mouth to give you encouraging words, arms to hug and comfort you and my heart to love you no matter what. ALWAYS. <3
