Honestly, Rosie hadn’t shown up with very many expectations. She didn’t have any particularly strong feelings about Valentine’s beside a desire to be pampered and even that wasn’t specific to the day itself. She was thinking about calling it a night and ruining some rando’s life when she turned and found herself face to face with Levi. ❝ Wow, ❞  she sighed,  ❝ Of course you look like that.
