Rethinking that title. Just discovered the concept of NKRO keyboards. While coding an Asteroids clone in javascript, I became frustrated by the realization that a key event would not fire while holding down the left arrow and space bar and then pressing the up arrow, BUT a key even would fire while holding down the right arrow and space bar and then pressing the up arrow. Only after a little fruitless efforts wasted trying to debug my code. Hah. My logic is flawless! Hardware issues ftw. FYI I am using a laptop which apparently are notoriously lame.
