⠀ Me on vacation in @cocoabeachfla ⠀ When I first look a this image, I see everything that is wrong. How I don't like my positioning in the pose; how I could have been a little less twisted and had my legs more lined up...but then I take a deep breath and look at the bigger picture. One year ago, I couldn't even imagine getting into this pose. I was in constant pain, overweight and my eating was totally out of control. Patience is everything--so is the journey.
