  Story

Welcome to 3080: the barrier of the Speed of Light has been broken, and the Atanasij Power Engines allow spaceships to travel at Ultrathought speed. War is just a memory, and interplanetary disputes are now settled in the G.U.R.U. (Great Ultrathought Race of the Universe), where selected pilots of each Orbital City compete in enormous interplanetary circuits. A ‚Pilot’ and an ‚Eye’ are required to drive the Ultrathought Spaceships: during the Nirvana Sync, they experience a strong, intimate bond and they can drive the ship as if they were a single organism. You are the legendary Eye Aldaine, now retired and fallen in disgrace after a tragic accident. Yume is a young and ambitious girl who wants to become a Nirvana Pilot at all costs.   Overview

In the distant future where technology is advanced beyond our imagination, here’s a story of an upcoming pilot by the name of Yume who wants to become a Nirvana Pilot.

Looking at the game, I can see the brilliant work of making a game like this is worth the wait.

This great combination of a VN + Retro Racing Arcade = awesome fun. Loving the race track landscape, the graphics are something from a beloved retro racing game.

So remember to take your seat in the rocket and begin a journey in ultra speed arcade & novel romance!

Also, your decisions will affect the game, All your choices matter, so how will you write your ending?

  Gameplay/Controls

The game is a combination of a VN storytelling with a side order of a walk to memory lane with our love for retro racing games. So at times, how one will stay connected to their ships can affect the ship if one keeps falling off the race track and can reduce the sync percentage of the connection between the pilot and the ship.

Also, be careful, it gets faster as one progresses through each track.

Controls are based on the traditional retro racing but with the Visual Novel storytelling of choosing the right response to people around the protagonist.

So I’ll say the developers did a great job on this game.

So the hours of gameplay will depend on your progress and decisions that you made that will give an ending that is the end-products of those decisions.

Graphics

The graphic is of retro heaven, can’t get enough of it. Plus the race track is awesomely well-designed and the landscape design is like the inspiration from the retro race games such as F-Zero, The older installments of Asphalt racing games, etc. The graphic is colorful in a retro color palette, like giving a painter the design to paint it over in a beautiful way.

The game graphic is a brilliant Retrowave anime-inspired world and characters.

  Audio

The audio/Soundtrack is soo awesome and I strongly recommend y’all to wear headphones while playing the game. The soundtrack is a Crazy metalwave soundtrack by a band called Retröxx.

The game is next on my list of games to play with headphones.
