aAA sorry for takin so long to reply to this ! my computer keeps kicking me off T__T

anyway !! nikolae is a fallen angel, who “fell” bc he was in love with a human boy and didnt want to be an angel who would watch him die and then never see him again.. (because reincarnation, and angels dont always know which souls are which ! so after the human boy would die, there was a good chance that nikolae would never find him again)

so he chose to live as a human and give up being holy

when he lived as a human tho, he only got to spend about 3 years with the boy he was in love with, before the boy died (of sort of mysterious causes? probably murder though)

and after the boy died, nikolae sort of snapped... he was already schizophrenic but he just. stopped caring about keeping himself in control and didnt take any meds for it anymore, and he was sort of a “bad guy” for a long time before he met another man ?? but . it was very messed up for awhile and the relationship didnt go smoothly , if u can even call it a relationship...

anyway um !! after he messed up with the other boy , he decided to go back to being an angel, and was .. very bitter .. he wasnt as high ranking as he had been, and a lot of other angels shunned him bc like “ew he fell in love” and angels arent rly supposed to do that, especially with humans..
