   WAS SHE IMAGINING THINGS ? ? 

 the image of moria-sama running to her was something that was NOT expected. it’s not until she feels his BIG HUG that reality is grasped by the ghost princess.

    he’s back.

tiny arms try to reach around, to return the hug. TEARS begin to swell up - she wants to tell him about how much she missed him and how she thought he was GONE . she wants to tell him that she’s gotten stronger because of the stupid swordsman but all that comes out are ugly babbles. in between her ugly sobs, you can (   KIND OF   ) make sense of a sentence,

       ‘   hmm  ...   quite the interesting query, sweetheart.   but as intriguing as it may sound, i highly doubt the zombie part could even be considered a possibility for someone so lively and beautiful, such as myself.   ’  -- though, that’s not a bad idea for next year’s halloween special.

       ‘   now, a pirate ...  not a bad idea.  i can’t believe i never thought of making that a plot for any of my tv shows!  oooh, think of the ratings that would get? thousands, no, MILLIONS!   ’

If his superhuman sense of smell was especially useful for any enemy, it was zombies. Chopper could hear them whisper, though he couldn't really tell what they were saying. Dammit. If he knew Moria was around, he would've packed some salt balls. Well, two years worth of training almost certainly prepared him to face the zombies without salt, but still, he preferred to end fights quickly.
