send me â ⍠â for a friendship aesthetic of our muses. MOONPIE & ANA. @nightmareonhelmst
TELL ME ABOUT PLEIONE'S REACTION TO THE TITANS BEING LOCKED AWAY, AND HER MAMA BEING LOCKED AWAY AFTERWARDS AND HOW THAT AFFECTED OR DIDN'T AFFECT HER VIEW ON THE OLYMPIANS AND IF YOU THINK PAMELA WOULD LOOK AT THIS WAR A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY IF SHE REMEMBERED ALL OF THAT
HERE WE GO
So when the war is taking place, Pleione is not in her best state of mind. We all know how much Pleione loves her family, and she was already struggling to deal with what happened to Prometheus when She and Atlas split, and we all know how that just devastated her. So during the war, sheâs probably more focused on herself and on her feelings than she normally is, and if thereâs any part of her family that sheâd be focusing especially on, it would be her daughters and protecting them from the war rather than her extended family like all her sisters and her parents.
JUMP TO POST WAR WHEN EVERYONE IS SUFFERING THEIR IMPRISONMENTS
Pleione can be really hard on herself and tend to blame herself even if things are out of her control because she thinks she should have been able to do something. (Pamelaâs inherited this from Pleione). So not only is she completely devastated by the loss of her family and friends, she does blame herself for it to some extent. She feels like she should have gotten involved and should be locked up with them instead of out free. She despises the Olympians for what theyâve done to her family, but she doesnât act on it because she knows that if sheâs free, she has to use it to protect the small remaining part of her family that is unharmed. So she goes on and she carries that burden of guilt. That guilt is why she canât even bring herself to go visit her family. She fears that she wonât be able to look them in the face or that theyâll see her and hate her for not doing more for them.
If she remembered her past, I think one of two things would happen. She could see this as her second chance, her chance to do things right this time, and jump into the war fully on the Titanâs side. Sheâd try to make up for everything she did wrong the first time. On the other hand, she may keep doing what sheâs doing now and still prioritize the family sheâs found in this life, Clara and Tristan. It would be hard just to change that outlook when sheâs had it for so many years, and when you think about it, even in this life, she still looks out for the people who were her family in the first even if she doesnât know it. Sheâs smart and she knows there are pros to saying sheâs aligned with the Olympians even if she detests the very idea of it. No matter what, sheâd still do whatever she thought she had to to protect the people she cares about and to protect her family. Sheâd do whatever she thought gave them the best chance of survival.
TELL ME ABOUT PANDA LEARNING TO BE HUMAN AND HOW THAT MIGHT PARALLEL WITH EVELYN'S MANNERISMS AND HOW SHE APPROACHES ACTING BC I NEED THAT TOO
SEND ME A TOPIC TO WRITE A META ABOUT MY MUSE ON
It was hard, always incredibly trying to be human. Pandora resented the humans which followed her, made by the gods' hand â it came so easily to them as she saw it, their capacity to feel and relate and be wasnât nearly appreciated enough. And she tried so hard, desperately clawing for the opportunity. Epimetheus had always been a big part of that, in both being her support, but too, even if she never would have told him, the pressure which nipped at her heels to simply get on with it. She always suspected he wanted more from her, for depth and connection and love, but she was never made for that. Pandora was created to be fell in love with, but never to love. Yet, desperation came with trying to give him what he wanted, terrified by the prospect that he might have come to resent her for not being enough. Hatred wasnât something she could feel, not well anyway, but she knew that it wasnât good â that she would have been lost if he left her.Â
TELL ME ABOUT PAMELA SAILING OFF WITH PIRATES WHEN ALL HER LIFE SHE WAS TAUGHT TO FIGHT THEM OFF AND HOW SHE FEELS ABOUT BEING ONE NOW
LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY FEELS ON PIRATE PAM
This girl has had just about every feeling possible for pirates. She was afraid of them as a little girl, and then she hated them and was angry at them for that they did to her town, her home, her family. She hated the feeling of living in terror of another raid and of being unable to protect her sister from them, and the fact that her sister and her family had to go through everything they brought. When she finally learned to fight back against them, she was almost prideful about it because now she thinks she can stop it and she can make a difference for her familyâs living situation and for the village, but the pirate raids just keep happening and she canât stop it as just one woman. (Keep in mind that this entire time, the sea is calling to her and thereâs a selfish part of her that just wants to hop on a ship and run away from it all so she can explore the sea and have a life outside of the constant need to fight for and protect her family.)
At her very core though, Pamela is a family woman and she will do anything and everything she has to to protect her family. Then enters Tristan, this pirate who isnât like any of the pirates sheâs come in contact with before. Heâs young and heâs a decent, good man and thereâs this instant kinship between them that she canât explain. He offers her the chance to do what sheâs always wanted, and theres this selfish part of her that wants to take his offer and finally get to sail the seas. That desire and that pull to the sea was so strong that she found a way to justify to herself that leaving with Tristan to become a pirate was somehow best for her family. She told herself that if she could get infamous enough, she could stop pirates from coming to raid their village or that sheâd somehow be able to find out about raids ahead of time and warn her family and her village before they got there.
The really important thing about Pamela and her piracy aside from the above, is that she was never driven by the treasure or the money or the power of ruling the seas. She doesnât care about any of it. She joined to travel, to be one with the seas, and to protect her family. Today those are still the reasons she stands by for joining though she knows that her reasons were more selfish than she originally thought. She doesnât like to dwell on it. Part of her regrets it because she believes she might have saved her parents if she had only stayed, but she canât hate her life at sea. It isnât possible. The sea is her home, and for all the complicated feelings she has about being a pirate, the fact that itâs why sheâs in this war she despises, the fact that itâs why her sister and her are orphans, that her sister is in a dangerous war zone, she canât hate being a pirate, because being a pirate brought her home.

TELL ME EVERYTHING ABOUT PANDA AND HER BOX. THE MOMENT WHEN SHE DECIDED TO OPEN IT. THE MOMENT AFTER SHE OPENED IT. HOW SHE FELT WHEN SHE SAW WHAT SHE UNLEASHED INTO THE WORLD. TELL ME EVERYTHING.
send me a topic to write a meta about my muse on
When it came to the box, Pandora honestly couldnât quite have described how sheâd been urged to open it. She might have struggled with a lot of aspects of being human, sure, but understanding was never one of them â she knew she wasnât supposed to open the box. Yet, it seemed so curious, that she should be given something she should never open and that she should never know what lurked inside the pithos. Itâs strange to imagine that somebody should be given a gift that they should never know to be anything other than not for their eyes, but you know, Zeus could kinda be an asshole like that, baiting her.
TELL ME EVERYTHING ABOUT ANTONIA'S CHILDHOOD & HOW SHE CAME INTO THE PROSTITUTING BUSINESS
((iâve missed your shouting paula - never turn off caps lock <3))
Antonia was born into the environment through her mother, who also served as a prostitute when she was born. Her first years were spent at a brothel before her mother started living with the men as a mistress when she was around 5 years old. She spent her childhood trying to avoid the angry wives of her mother's lovers. She did not question her mother's way of life or why they moved every couple of months into a new home, with a new bitter wife and new children to mock her, not until she was around 8 years old. When she asked why they lived with others, she was told because that was the only way to survive. Antonia has this very clear memory of her mother saying:
"We live here because we have no choice. Do you want to starve? Do you want to freeze? No. I keep their beds warm and in return, they ensure that we are kept warm and fed. We were born into poverty, love, but we can use our beauty to rise above it. If you learn how to play men, you will never long for nothing."
@nightmareonhelmst
At the sound of her approach, he doesnât look up right away. There is no surprise there, but merely a smile, one that almost seemed sincere in its warmth as he waved his hand to the chair before him.
âI am glad my letter was not merely tossed aside, Captain.â He sets his steeple on the table before him, and says, âI have a proposition for you that I feel may appeal to your better nature. I hear your crew is gifted in a more... paranormal nature. It is a shame to waste such things on a petty war between kin. However, I will not force you to sit here and listen to me if you do not feel the need, but there are things I only I can tell you, things that only I will understand. Even I know what it feels like to be stared at with such... distaste, as hard as it is to believe. Will you listen?â
