So, obviously, my name is Noelle. My childhood best friend is named Kris. Already a coincidence, right? Well, that isn’t where things stop lining up… It makes me feel absolutely crazy to talk about, it made me feel even crazier to SEE, in real time as the game came out, just how similar things in-game are to my real lived experiences. And I don’t mean that in the fun, whimsical Dark World way ! It’s so scary to see my and my friends’ family problems reflected on screen! It’s horrible!

And with Kris, I can’t help but… assume things, based on how much everything else lines up. Is there really something else controlling them ..? Every once in a while I do see glimpses of the version of them I remember, but it’s not.. frequently. It makes me worry about stuff.

And then, also, there’s the ‘my video game is alive’ thing. UM! So. Here’s where I reveal my darkest secret: I do have way too many hours in Deltarune actually. I’ve replayed it over and over again hoping I’ll get some sort of answers. I know it inside and out, I know every secret, every piece of hidden dialogue. Which is why it REALLY FREAKED ME OUT when Ralsei just turned towards the screen and started talking to me and addressed me by name??? No offense to him but !!!! WHAT!!!
