Originally intended for this years Nightcrawler week, day 4: Alternate Universe or What if?
There’s a theory on Reddit about Nightcrawler being the winding way; and the competition for the next sorcerer supreme storyline was in comics so I thought: let’s combine the two.
So here is Nightcrawler, Sorcerer Supreme of the Winding Way.
Here is the day 6 pic for Danger Day. This one took some doing. It was too much for Daz and Iray to handle, so I had to export the whole thing to Unity, rebuild some of it and the lighting. So this is more like, realtime lighting then Iray's rendered lighting.
Nightcrawler Week 2025 day 7: Creator's Choice
I used the alternative prompt "Sorrow," the full image is below! (If tumblr flags this.... oh well, i guess.)
A very silly and probably unexpected choice for Day 7 of Nightcrawler Week, but I decided to do what Kurt's report card must have looked like his first year in Evo! My favorite is the P.E. teacher's comments. Kurt is performing Olympic level gymnastic and acrobatic feats, and all he gets is a "good."
Also, I have a headcanon that he butted heads with his semester 1 English teacher and ended up having to switch classes for semester 2, hence the big difference in grades, conduct, and comments in English.
I imagine he didn't get much formal schooling at home, if any, really, so his grades start out a bit low and then improve as time goes on. He's a smart guy, but fun takes precedence over learning for him (at least in Evo!).
Also, what does the E stand for in Kurt E. Wagner? I don't know, but Boom Boom wrote it on his book. I like to think he doesn't have a middle name (even though Bavarians are notorious for this, I hear), but the school paperwork asked for one, so he made one up and put Errol, and now all of his school documents have E listed as his middle initial.
It also cracks me up to no end that he, a German and a teleporter, was constantly late in Evo. I think his teleportation gave him too much confidence in how much time he had to get to school, so he stopped to get breakfast burgers on the way in and ended up being late.

Belasco for Nightcrawler week Day 4 - Altnernate Universe or What If...
I always will remember when I randomly found out about this alt world when reading the original Illyana limbo arch. I was floored, and convinced Every appearance of Belasco is this one, so is Kurt. I even read Ka-zar before all this and was fascinated.
Oh yea, Kurt in Earth 9997 is turned human and left for dead, having lost an arm. Mephisto shows up and basically brain washes Kurt into believing he is a demon called Belasco. I can't remember if he was the Belasco who tainted Illiyana into DarkChild, or just believes he was, or what.
Belasco as a character shows up in Ka-zar, where I first saw him on a cover and had to read. I think I found them the same time I found Excalibur. He also shows up as an antagonist several times in Xmen and other Marvel comics.
I need to work on finding the Earth X comics now.
Anyway....
Might also clean this up eventually
