Than that means, MC went missing after Levi's birthday... now that's some angst story for you.
Imagine you're Levi and you spend an amazing day with your partner on you're birthday only to find they disappear the day after.

Poor Levi, as if he’s not suffering enough on his part.
Imagine the Brothers go to Levi’s room to get MC (since Levi’s birthday privilege expires with his birthday) only to find Levi alone. They ask Levi where MC is. Levi answers he doesn’t know, but at the time, they are still positive that MC probably somewhere in the house. Then they can’t find MC anywhere, including the underground tomb. Luci calls Dia & Barb but they say MC’s not at the castle, Asmo calls Solomon & receives the same answer.
Then all hell broke loose. Each of the boys try his best to find MC, but to no avail, they even put the whole Devildom into an emergency situation 🥺
In the end, Lucifer gulps down his Pride and calls Michael, but the Archangel knows nothing either. MC can’t be found. It’s when the boys’ world shatter. Ofc after that Solomon tells them MC’s in the past and he will go find them, but not without the brothers threatening him.
Back to Levi, imagine the guilt he must have felt. I mean, he literally slept beside MC that night. Yet, they were taken from him without and he didn’t even know. Imagine the demon of Envy bewailing in his pathetic state, calling himself stupid & useless otaku who can’t even protect his partner while they slept beside him. He’s crying alone, no one comes to comfort him because his brothers are suffering from having MC taken from them too. Levi’s crying there in his own cold, dark room 🥺
