Una pequeña animación que hice rápido para no dejarlo al olvido de estos dos 🫰

Iba hacerlo más largo pero ya no me dejaba ☹️

like the kind where my body wakes up and chooses violence every joint feels wrong. my spine feels like it’s been personally insulted. my hands keep dropping things like they’re on strike

i don’t have a diagnosis not a real one because those cost money and time and doctors who believe you i have vibes and a collection of pamphlets and one nurse who once said “huh. that’s weird.”

so i do the routine heat pack. pills i ration like they’re rare gems. stretching that feels more like bargaining i cancel work because i cannot be touched today without crying or biting someone

bernard brings me water and pretends not to look worried he tells me a conspiracy theory about ibuprofen to distract me it works a little

tim shows up quietly doesn’t ask questions just sits on the floor by the bed and hands me things before i ask my brace. my heating pad. my phone when it falls

he doesn’t say “you should see a doctor” he doesn’t say “have you tried yoga” he just says,

“yeah. that sucks.”

which is somehow the best thing anyone’s said all day
