"Ah, I think you should leave," Nico says, mouth a hard line, face impassive. Behind him, the dogs are baying and howling in their kennels, making so much noise that Nico can hardly think, but he does not stop them. "You are upsetting the dogs. Perhaps another time, yes? We can talk then."
He just wanted them gone, truly, wanted them away from his business and his animals, away from him especially. He did not know what else to say besides for them to go.
