Sam is absolutely brilliant as Lestat but Rolin/Mark/Hannah mishandled Lestat's background story. I'm hoping Rolin does an uncut version AND address some of the plot holes of S3 in the next season. Yes, S3 is doing great in streaming numbers and critic's reviews BUT the SOUL of Lestat's story is missing. The show runners wanted more flash and watered down queer scenes, which robbed us of a strong Nick storyline. I hope Sam expressed his concerns to Rolin.

Should the show runners be concerned if Sam or Jacob are not happy with the product? Absolutely. No wonder I detected a bit of tension in the AD shows.

Where did you see this Nikkistat sex scene that was more explicit than Loustat scenes in the whole show anon?

Nikkistat intimate scenes I saw in episode 1 was

1) Lestat lifting Nikki onto his waist while both are wearing pants,no shirts.

2) A scene of Lestat kissing Nikki's neck and running his hands through his chest. We cannot see more than their chests, it's a close shot.

Another scene which I suspect is Nikkistat is when Lestat is looking at someone lying under him but I couldn't really catch that face. Only Lestat's face and chest is seen and part of someone's face

I didn't see Loustat levels of explicitness for Nikkistat. Loustat had completely nude wide shot flying sex and episode 6 sex, both of which were also shown in the montage where Lestat was talking about vampiric sex. Correct me if I am wrong. The montage went by quickly.
