I didn’t get the appeal of enemies to lovers until I watched Rush and saw the rivalry between Niky Lauda and James Hunt.
La Formule 1 fait étape ce week-end pour le grand-prix le plus glamour de l’année. Monaco fait son show, et le Festival de Cannes n’y est bien sûr pas étranger. De nombreuses stars seront dans le paddock.
Mais pour nous, Monaco est avant tout le jardin d’Ayrton Senna. C’est sur ce circuit urbain prestigieux qu’il a le plus brillé, et ce dès sa première saison en 1984. Quand on pense au Brésilien, on lui associe forcément le tracé monégasque. Le Prince y était tout simplement chez lui.
Alors forcément, nous aurons un pincement au coeur dimanche. L’émotion sera d’autant plus forte qu’il y a quelques jours à peine Nicky Lauda a rejoint le paradis des champions. Une nouvelle étoile brille dans le ciel. Et je ne doute pas qu’Ayrton, Jules ou encore Charlie l’ont accueilli comme il se doit...
