In Romani folklore when somebody dies a Muló can appear to settle unfinished business.

Maybe the Muló is missing something in the next world or disapproves of the behavior of her/his survivors. It could also return to warn of an impending threat.

A Muló's main objective is fear but it can also strangle, bruise and cause illness sapping it's victims energy.
