The Man Who Fell to Earth is a fundamental film I judge other films by. There are so many themes and ideas floating in that movie that guide or define the construct of reality I/we perceive and turns it in on itself. It was my first “mind fuck” film and prepared the way for my LSD experiences and so much more.
