“Fetch!”
The voice of an entitled authority would ring through the halls of the divine space, for the demigod of Law sat upon her throne with an unmatched confidence, commanding her new pet to do her bidding. Neck adorned in a fashionable collar, black with little hints of gold sparkled across, she’d smirk. On the floor, a chess piece rested where her hand had thrown it with little care.
A pawn.
“Be a good boy, now. Follow my command.”
[Cerydra @ Caelus. I wanted to assert the point made, hehe]
There was an order driven with challenge. A need to have his hand close the distance, to obey, to recover. It immediately poked at the Trailblazer's ire as an initial glance of disbelief focused upon the Imperator. Witnessing the outlined cruelty, naturally forged from their own growing 'game' made him nearly scoff in pure disbelief. An order was absolute, and above all else, the need was to serve as an example. Right now--
That damn Cerydra was attempting to make an example out of him. Servants, knights and the fair council always had some form of eye or ear upon their altercations. It was simply trimmed to 'Chrysos Heir' matters, as if that roaring, burning gilded blood alienated them in ways that made them seem too divine in nature. Instead, Caelus' answer would be an initially tamed sort. Ensuring eye contact was established, that this conqueror of city states would see a contest of ironclad will.
Now just how should a story like this transpire? Should obedience be found within this outlander? To merely follow orders and reflect a doomed future for all of Amphoreus? How about rebellion? To lead to a potential battle that would enact pure hell and another calamity to be tethered together through disarray? With a single step forward, the silver haired Nameless would let a smile, damnable and pure settle upon his lips.
"Too lazy to remove your ass from the throne?"
WHAM!
Pure pressure would erupt from the very locale he stomped upon. Stone wept and the very air screamed as his foot sunk through polished marvel akin to wet mud. Splinters, cracks and the inevitable burst would shoot that pawn from the locale it was carelessly tossed upon. That head of his would not be going blow the height of that crown. Instead his declaration would be a bullet that shot towards the magnanimous throne ahead. It'd deliver a drilling strike a little ways above Cerydra's head, wisps of searing smoke rising from that not desecrated upper end of that throne.
Caelus' own use of the pawn would be both a message and a warning. This wasn't some wayward soul that would find themselves crumbling to the ~merriment~ of those very whims.
Some knights poised their blades, scholars balked and backed away, while some were giving a more attentive gaze. Various opinions were immediately being forged and none of them were purely in one spectrum either. To this, Caelus' grin hadn't faltered in the least.
"I don't feel like getting on my knees myself. So we'll have to talk on an even field, not dog to woman."
