[Misty]

Misty walked inside of the ball with Nibs and was well aware of the looks they were getting. She knew people thought Nibs would be coming alone and they would have an opportunity to introduce him to their daughters. She slipped her arm out of Nibs’ so all of the staring would stop.

[Mark]

Mark was keeping guard when he saw Nibs and Misty walk in. He could the other royals all staring at them and how uncomfortable it was making her and he went over and smiled at her, “Hey happy valentine’s day. The place looks great you did a great job. And wow...you look...where are your clothes?” He teased her wanting to ease her nerves.

[Nibs]

Nibs watched how everyone gave him looks but he did not care. “I will get us some drinks.” He smiles before kissing her head and going off to get them drinks before returning to her side in time to hear Mark’s comment. “She is beautiful isn’t she?” He teases, “Here is your drink princess. How has your night been so far Mark? Is Peter going to come join you tonight?”

[Misty]

Misty smiled at Mark, “I have clothes on. Are you working tonight? I thought I gave you the night off?” She asked before taking the drink from Nibs. “Thank you.”

[Mark]

“Oh no I’m not working I’m actually waiting for someone. I mean I was watching earlier because I can’t help it but nope I’m not working.” He smiled before shaking his head. “No Peter’s at home. I’ll talk to you guys later, I’m gonna go wait over there.”

[Nibs]

“You could have invited him to come you know? I am sure that Misty and I wouldn’t have minded. It’s not fun to sit home alone during Valentine’s Day anyway. I told Zach he could take the day off and I know he had some really cute plans on what to do for Hope and he couldn’t wait to show her when she got home. I think she will really like it.”

[Misty]

She drank some of her drink as she heard Nibs words, “Honey Hope has been here all day, her and Zach haven’t even spoken. I don’t think she going home tonight, but if you want to invite Peter Mark I don’t mind. I’m sure he doesn’t get out a lot.” She said.

[Mark]

“I’m fine but thanks. I’m going to just go over there. ’ll talk to you later.” He said walking away.

[Nibs]

“I think she might be surprised though, I know that Zach has been planning on something pretty big for Hope and the kids so I am sure she will come around. And you really want to just leave your boyfriend home? Come on Mark, let loose you are allowed to spend time and have fun with him too you know. Besides, without him there wouldn’t be the alliance between the lost boys and the sirens too so I feel like it is only suiting that he come here to support you.” He teases the other with a playful nudge. “Speak of the devil.”

[Misty]

She finished her drink before leaving Mark and Nibs to talk as she walked away.

[Peter]

Peter didn’t want to wait home alone especially since it was Valentine’s Day, he much rather spend it with Mark. Since Mark was working, he decided he would dress up and surprise him. He put on his best tux and brought Mark some chocolates. He made his way over and tapped Mark’s shoulder, “I know you are working and all but I missed you and I want us to still spend Valentine’s Day together.”

[Mark]

Mark turned to face Peter and smiled, “Hey you look handsome. And are those for me?” He asked seeing the chocolate. “Yeah of course you can stay and if the party ends early we can do something together. Just give me one second I have to tell Hope something.”

[Peter]

“Of course they are for you.” He smiles before handing them to Mark. “I think you should give it to her later, her husband arrived so I think we should let them work things out before you add something to the mix. I think she will really like what he planned for her. Besides last time I saw you was when you brought me to dinner and fought with Zach the whole time.” He teases the other before giving him a kiss on the cheek.

[Mark]

“Zach isn’t here? And this isn’t about him, I need to give this to Hope. After all she’s been through this was the least I could do. It will be quick. Just hold on.” He said heading over to her.

[Peter]

“Yes he is he has her pinned to the wall.” Peter gestured as Mark started to walk over. “What about her? He is here for her now, let them figure things out. You can give it to her after they make up. Do you really not want to spend time with me? I mean I get this is your job and all but I haven't seen you home in what feels like months. You missed our kids newest experiences, you put this job before our family. I get you love your job and I love mine too but even I make time for you.” He just watched as Mark continued to walk over there and just pulled Mark over to him. “Are you even listening to me?”

After Nibs had snapped at Ashton he ran straight to camp to find Peter. “Peter! I want him gone, I want all the good memories of him gone. I want him to care for his daughter and not worry about me anymore. I want him to remember everything we have done but I don’t want it to cloud his actions or judgement. For me, I want all the good of him out of my head. I want to remember what he had done and hate him for it. And I am willing to pay whatever price it is.”  

Nibs ran off to find Peter after finding out that Ashton had in fact gone to lost girls camp. If Ashton didn’t want him then fine, but he wasn’t going to let him die just because Nibs had been stupid and bonded them together. “Peter I need your help.” He called out.
