I had a dream about Niall but I can’t remember what happened I just remember waking up and being like “omg i just had a dream about Niall I better remember this” and then forgot about it dammittttt. 2. Can you juggle: kind of. not well.  3. Art/sports/both: I can make a mean gifset yo. I guess I technically went to art school but I don’t do much of the art anymore. 4. Do you like writing: not really i guess. i like making up stories but i dont write them down that’s too hard. 5. Do you like dancing: not that i’m any good at it but yes, i love dancing. 6. Do you like singing: ohhhh yes. especially very loudly in my car. Fantasize: 1. Dream vacation: Iceland!!!!!! 2. Dream person: Niall Horan. As my bestie. no but wtf is this question. 3. Favorite artist: i’m gonna go with marina and the diamonds but like, dont look at my blog and call me out on this lie. marina is the fave okay.  4. Last song you heard on the radio: errmmmmm. i cant remember i was jammin to the radio earlier today maybe it was uptown funk. 5. Least favorite song: that ‘rude’ song i forget who sings it and tbh happy by pharrell makes me crazy angry i just. no. 6. Least favorite album: idk. i rarely listen to full albums tbh so if i do it better be some quality shit ya know? 7. Least favorite artist: i dunnoooo

Preferences: 1. Guys/Girls/both: both. 2. Hair color: i seem to have a thing for blondes but it really doesnt matter.  3. Eye color: blue or green ones like come onnnn so rude. 4. Humorous/serious: i mean a mixture of both but you better make me laugh really hard or it’s not gonna work out. 5. Taller/shorter: doesn’t matter. 6. Biggest turn-off: being really boring or sexist or rude or something i guess. 7. Biggest turn-on: looking like Niall Horan and then putting on a pair of glasses. i also just realized i was kind of lowkey describing niall during this part, blonde blue eyed funny this was not on purpose i just s o clearlY h ave a tyPe……

Oh goodness, this seems like so long ago! I feel like I need to re-read haha!

2. What scene did you put down first?

I think it actually was the first scene. I wanted Gregg to use the line ‘cooking does not get tougher than this’ However, the fic was definitely not written chronologically. 

3. What’s your favourite line of narration?

Harry snorts but his smile is still soft and small and Niall doesn’t feel out of place tipping forward to kiss him. Harry kisses him back, fingers stained red and purple and coming up to smudge at Niall’s jaw.

His lips are cold but tongue hot as he holds him closer, chilly fingers slipping into his hair and Niall does the same, pushing his fingers under the edge of his beanie and feeling how warm his scalp is there.

Because everyone wants purple juice stains on your jaw! 

4. What’s your favourite line of dialogue?

A cheat because my fave line of dialogue needs the context of the paragraph before:

“Come on.” He smiles and Niall thinks he could stare at him all day. “Be my guinea pig for the night?”

Niall’s already ninety percent agreeing to him when Harry leans in suddenly. Niall tenses, shoulders locking as Harry dips in close. He doesn’t lean away though so he gets a waft of how he smells, cologne worn away so it’s just of rain now and maybe of strawberries too. He’s warm, radiating out through the thin jumper thing he’s wearing even though it’s definitely coat weather outside. He doesn’t kiss him though, Niall’s stomach swooping topsy turvy at the possibility. Instead, he reaches into the shelf behind Niall and grabs a toothbrush, he pulls back, waggling his eyebrows for a moment before he tosses it into Niall’s basket.

Niall can hardly breathe.

“I’ll even stretch to breakfast,” Harry smirks.

5. What part was hardest to write?

In my multi-shipper philosophy, the bit where Niall tries to get with Zayn and is rejected. It was also pretty hard to keep all the scenes involving food exciting and interesting. Sometimes it felt like I was going a bit overboard with the food!

11. What do you like best about this fic?

It was fun to write and allowed me to put in some cliche food scenes. Just from my quick skim through there’s a few scenes that remind me of when I actually wrote them, like off the top of my head, there was also some memorable things I put in, like Niall and Harry hitting apples with hurling sticks in the middle of the night -- something inspired by my many late night walks home from the library. The sorbet scenes and Niall going to recreate recipes from Olive magazine, the Christmas market etc. 

13. What music did you listen to, if any, to get in the mood for writing this story? Or if you didn't listen to anything, what do you think readers should listen to to accompany us while reading?
