#niall stuff

to be completely honest, if we don’t look at any other planet in the solar system, i think his favorite would be earth. and yeah, that’s the boring cliche answer but it’s also essentially niall. from the scarce glimpses we get into his mind - through interviews, articles, journalists, on stage performances, friends - we can safely say he’s someone who loves human beings and that’s innate when it comes to him because he’s bound to spark a conversation, string along a crowd, and make friends. like the man literally went to the hospital and commandeered a little fleet of nurses and doctors at the expense of chinese food and a ukelele. an actual sunshine who revolves around life and life around him. 

i’ve been listening to the album Atlas: Year One and the song earth has this lyric which goes like this:

I dig 'til my shovel tells a secret,Swear to the earth that I will keep it

 and i don’t know why but that screams niall to me!!!! so what i’m basically trying to say here the long way round is that he’s attracted to life, and what better planet to fall in love than your own? 

HOWEVER, now to the NOT BORING CHOICE !!! as human beings i like to believe we’re inclined to fall in love with things that we fail to see in ourselves and sometimes others help us see it, yeah? sometimes someone comes along and dims our bright light - not to make us less of a person but instead making us softer and tangible. that’s why to me i think niall won’t pick mercury / venus / jupiter / saturn because they’re bright and known and these magnificent giants. it’s a fandom wide consensus that niall’s the happy one, the sunshine as many refer to him. like look at him.

like he’s so FREAKING PRECIOUS !! LOOK AT HOW HE SHINES !!!!

ANYWAY I DIGRESS !!! 

so since he is this bright enigma shining his light on everyone ever? i think his favorite planet would be Neptune. why? first off, the planet is STUNNING. like absolutely gorgeous. 

and like did you know that Neptune has rings? just as Saturn does? but you can barely see them because they’re clouded and since i’m impossible and love making things about ziall i shall make this too. remember that interview where niall told zayn to tell the interviewer what he told niall? it’s weird because whenever they give an interview and one of the boys’ is talking niall always listens so to me he sees beauty where many might not and just as so i’d like to believe he’d like to see how beautiful this icy monstrosity it. the soft counterpart to his very own shining disposition. 

NOW LETS TALK ABOUT JUPITER’S MOONS!!!! I LOVE SCIENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!

roughly i believe Jupiter has 50 moons with 17 provisional one’s. and to be honest they all sound breathtaking but just for cruelties sake i’ll pick one and that would be Europa. ironically, that makes me think of europe and europe equals ireland and ireland equals niall so truly i’m just going off of similarities my brain is whizzing. anyway, Europa is said to have potential to life seeing as it has a rocky seafloor in contact with a global ocean of water ! so how wicked would it be to call a moon the second earth !!! and i think that fact alone could pull niall to pick it as his fav. Otherwise, I’d go with Callisto because the story behind the name is beautiful and we all know our space nerd niall loves the stars so what better than knowing the mythical story about the reason why Ursa Major and Minor were made? 

and in the words of the song Saturn which was essentially written to describe niall tbh
