Last year was the 18th time Forbes compiled its list of most valuable NFL franchises. The Dallas Cowboys remained on top with a value of $4 billion followed by the New England Patriots at $3.2 billion and Washington Redskins at $2.85 billion. To put this into perspective, the combined value of NFL’s top-three teams ($10 billion) is more than the gross domestic product (GDP) of 72 nations, including Montenegro, The Bahamas, Monaco, Belize, Liberia, Aruba and Greenland.
