One Shot
He liked Lunatic’s ideals. Why bother capturing villains who obviously didn’t learn from being locked up the first time around?
So he’d take the rooftops on occasion, wait for a bit...and fire.
He was always accurate when it came to hand-eye coordination, even with one eye. He smirked.
“Lunatic...I will meet you someday.” He whispered softly under his breath, before retreating into the shadows, feeling good about taking down another criminal for the first time in a while.
“And once we do meet, I think we’ll be the perfect match.”
