Tuesday night lift (back at it again)
So today marks the 2nd day that Iâll be going to the gym since going to Vegas (which has turned me into a potato/food disposal for a week+), and Iâm planning to do a simple back set to get these lats to look like wings. Hereâs what I have planned for today:
Wide grip lat pulldowns(towards chest) - 5x10 reps
Wide grip lat pulldowns(towards back) - 5x10 reps
Underhand shoulder width pulldowns - 5x10 reps
Close grip pulldowns - 5x10 reps
Wide grip rows - 5x10 reps
Straight leg deadlift - 3x10 reps
Kettebell swings - 3x16 reps
Like I said itâll be simple so nothing insanely taxing and 30-60 sec rests between sets. This should be a nice set thatâll welcome me back with a vengeance. Canât wait to feel it tomorrow. Love, peace, and swole.
