When someone says something you know isn't true but you're dunning krugering so you can't tell them why and they think you're stupid
During the opening prayer of the last session of General Conference, the general authority made a slip of the tongue and asked to have our "strength faithened" and then corrected to the proper phrase "faith strengthened". My family and I started giggling. And then I started thinking. Too often do we account our successes to our own strength. Too often do we depend on our own mortal strength to get us through the challenges of life. Too often do we have too much strength and not enough faith. There is nothing wrong with being strong. With being able to walk through life with our head held high and feeling confident. However, too often, the strength we walk in lacks the faith that we need. Our strength needs to have more faith. Our ability to walk through life with our head held high should come because we have faith that our strength is not our own, but from our Savior. When our "strength is faithened" we will be stronger than we could ever imagine, because our successes will not come from just or ability, but from Heavenly help. We do not have to rely on our own mortal strength to get us through the challenges of life. I am so grateful for that. May your strength be faithened a little more each day
